PLEASANT VALLEY – Wyatt Miller posted his fourth consecutive double double, leading the Sand Rock Wildcats to a 55-41 area basketball win at Pleasant Valley on Tuesday.

Miller managed 18 points, 11 rebounds, two assists, and a block for the Wildcats (7-3). Will Cleere also collected a double double with 14 points and 10 rebounds. He also had a steal and a block. Jonas Browder added 11 points, including a pair of treys. He also had four assists, two rebounds, and a steal. Elijah Hood netted nine points, all on treys. He also had four assists, two rebounds, and two steals.

Jake Barnwell topped the Raiders with 12 points. Braxton Salster contributed 11 points and Brody Barnwell finished with nine points.

Sand Rock led 17-7 at the end of the first quarter and held a 28-25 advantage at halftime. The Wildcats extended their lead to 41-32 at the end of the third quarter.

Sand Rock hosts Spring Garden on Friday.
