In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Kennith Stokes, age 63 of Decatur, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Brandon Henderson, age 30 of Lyerly, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Quantez Johnson, age 36 of Ellenwood, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on three previous charges.

Daniel Stansell, age 50 of Centre, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 97 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
