CENTRE – Two Cherokee County High School softball players signed college scholarships on Monday.

Catcher/infielder Izzy Patterson is headed to Reid State Technical College in Evergreen, Ala., while pitcher/infielder Kar’Leigh Bowman inked with Chattahoochee Valley Community College in Phenix City, Ala.

Patterson batted .342 with four doubles, four home runs and 29 RBIs for the Lady Warriors (23-7) last season. Bowman batted .238.
