In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Morgan Thacker, age 37 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on a charge of 2nd degree bail jumping.

Harley Payne, age 20 of Centre, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and the unlawful possession of hemp.

Evin Roden, age 31 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on a charge of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 100 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
