ANNISTON – The Cedar Bluff Tigers jumped out to a 19-point first-quarter advantage and cruised to a 73-47 victory over Woodland in the Faith Christian Thanksgiving Basketball Tournament on Wednesday.
Shon Gleen led the Tigers (4-2) with 21 points. Kuper Bradley sank a pair of 3-pointers and had 12 points.
Zach Jones also had a pair of treys and tallied eight points. Zyrese Wynn also netted eight points. Keondre Wynn added seven points and Daylen Dobbins finished with five points.
Brayden Johnson led Woodland with 18 points, including three 3-pointers. Eli Wiggins tossed in 14 points. Nate Herren and Tripp Morrin finished with eight and six points respectively.
Cedar Bluff led 29-10 at the end of the first quarter and held a 41-17 edge at halftime. The Tigers took a 54-36 lead heading into the fourth quarter.
Cedar Bluff travels to Coosa, Ga. on Monday.
