Vadon’s triple-double leads Cedar Bluff girls past Horseshoe Bend

ANNISTON – Kylie Vadon posted a triple-double Tuesday in the Faith Christian Thanksgiving Basketball Tournament. She scored 20 points, had 12 steals, grabbed 10 rebounds, had six assists, and blocked a shot in leading the Cedar Bluff Lady Tigers to a 59-24 victory over Horseshoe Bend,

Janaya Higgins delivered 16 points, six rebounds, three steals, and two assists for the Lady Tigers (5-0). Scarlett Brown came away with 10 points, including a pair of 3-pointers, with three rebounds, two steals, and an assist.

Ciana Smith contributed seven points, five steals, four rebounds, and three assists. Vana Martin finished with six points, five rebounds, two assists, and a steal.

Cedar Bluff plays Randolph County in the tournament on Wednesday at 11:30 a.m.
