Stephen Smith, 25 of Centre, arrested by the Alabama State Troopers on charges of driving under the influence.

David Waller, 58 of Piedmont, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of a Grand Jury Indictment for leaving the scene of an accident with injury and Grand Jury Indictment for Assault 2nd degree.

Brandon Stubbs, 39 of Centre, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd degree, use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence.

Helen Epps, 59 of Gaylesville, arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on Charges of Resisting arrest, Disorderly conduct, and assault 2nd degree.

Early Today 97 Inmates were housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
