RAGLAND – Shon Gleen led three Cedar Bluff Tigers in double figures with 14 points in a 72-61 basketball victory at Ragland on Friday evening.

Gleen connected on three 3-pointers for the Tigers (3-0).

Zach Jones tossed in 13 points, including a pair of treys. Kuper Bradley rang for 12 points. Jonas Brown added eight points, including two treys. Zyrese Wynn and Dylan McDaniel both finished with six points.

Ragland’s Kobe Embry led all scorers with 23 points. Aron Lee and Bentley Echols both netted nine points. Trey Bothwell and Cody Horsley finished with seven and six points respectively.

Cedar Bluff trailed by a point at 16-15 at the end of the first quarter, then went on a 25-11 run in the second to take a 40-27 advantage at halftime. The Tigers led 54-40 at the end of three quarters.

Cedar Bluff plays in the Faith Christian Tournament beginning on Monday.
