Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office Announces Sgt. Daniel Holcomb as National Award Finalist

Cherokee County-The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office is proud to announce that Sergeant Daniel Holcomb has been selected as one of the Top Ten Finalists for the prestigious GALLS + Law Enforcement Today Next Generation of Protectors Award.

Holcomb was chosen from hundreds of nominations submitted from across the country. According to the Sheriff’s Office, his selection reflects his exceptional dedication to duty, strong leadership skills, and unwavering commitment to serving the citizens of Cherokee County. Officials say Holcomb’s professionalism and work ethic—both on and off duty—made him stand out during the national selection process.
