In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Doyle Ford, age 61 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department for failure to appear on three previous charges.

Misty Early, age 43 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, trafficking a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana.

Brandon Cobb, age 26 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on charges of manslaughter and the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Matthew Lipham, age 51 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of trafficking a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana.

Nathan Kelley, age 40 of Guntersville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a hemp product, the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and opium or derivative possession.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 96 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
