Cedar Bluff’s annual Christmas Parade is set for Saturday, November 22

Lineup begins at 5 p.m. on Old Highway 9 at Russell Oil Company, with the parade rolling out at 6.

The route will follow Old Highway 9 to the intersection of Highway 68, then turn onto 68, passing in front of Cedar Bluff Park. From there, the parade will turn right onto Russell Street, then right again onto Old Highway 9 before entering the park, where the event will conclude.

Once the parade wraps up, Santa Claus will head to the big pavilion inside the park for photos, and after everyone has gathered, the annual lighting of the park will take place.

Highway 68 East, from Highway 9 to Old Highway 9, will be shut down for about two hours for the event. Roads in the area will be blocked, with no through traffic allowed.

Organizers are inviting everyone to come out and fill the streets for this year’s celebration.
