GERALDINE – Nevaeh Gaidurgis posted 21 points, five rebounds, and four assists in leading the Cherokee County Lady Warriors to a 53-28 basketball win at Geraldine on Thursday.
Ellisan Givens collected 12 points, eight steals, six assists, and four rebounds for the Lady Warriors (2-0). Deannia Starr finished with 10 points, 11 steals, and four rebounds.
The Lady Warriors play in the Thanksgiving Battle at the Beach Nov. 22, 24 and 25 at Gulf Shores. Opponents include Holly Pond, Cold Springs, and Gainesville, Ga.
