Sen. Andrew Jones Presents Grant Funding to Gadsden City Schools
GADSDEN, Ala. — State Senator Andrew Jones recently visited Gadsden City Schools to present a check supporting classroom teacher grants and special school projects.
Through this funding, 190 teachers across the district will each receive $100 to purchase classroom supplies, while each school will receive $4,380 to fund a special project designed to enhance student learning and campus improvement efforts.
Sen. Jones said he was proud to help provide resources that directly benefit educators and students in the community. The grant funding reflects his continued commitment to supporting local schools and ensuring teachers have the tools they need to provide quality education throughout the district.
