In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Douglas Anderson, age 54 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.
Douglas Eads, age 59 of Leesburg, was arrested by an unnamed agency on unlisted charges.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 104 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
