In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Daniel Hunter, age 48 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and 4th degree theft of property.

Casey Beaver, age 37 of Sand Rock, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on 1st degree criminal trespassing.

Terry Henderson, age 37 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Gregory Reed, age 52 of Centre, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on charges of bond revocation, revoked bond, and for failure to appear on thirteen previous charges.

Stephen Frier, age 44 of Centre, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to distribute.

Eric Crane, age 49 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Joseph Weathington, age 49 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 103 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
