In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Audrey Fisher, age 30 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of probation revocation.

Roger Butlet, age 39 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of domestic reckless endangerment and interference with a domestic violence emergency call.

Charles Cole, age 45 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Brandon Underwood, age 40 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of attempting to elude and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 98 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
