Grief Support Program Held in Centre to Help Residents Cope With Loss

Centre-A new 13-week GriefShare support program is being offered in Centre to help individuals who are coping with the loss of a loved one.

Hosted by First Baptist Church Centre, the group provides a safe and welcoming environment where participants can share their experiences and receive guidance while navigating the difficult emotions associated with grief. The program offers practical tools, encouragement, and support designed to bring comfort, relief, and peace of mind.

The next session begins Tuesday, November 4, and meetings will be held weekly from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the First Baptist Centre Recreation Outreach Center, located at 300 East Bypass in Centre.
