Cedar Bluff closes out football season with 35-19 win over Donoho

CEDAR BLUFF – The Cedar Bluff Tigers closed out the 2025 football season with a bang against Donoho on Thursday night.

Jamison Miller returned the opening kickoff 84 yards for a touchdown. He then added a 32-yard score at the end of the first quarter in the Tigers’ 35-19 victory.

In between Miller’s touchdowns, Sam Payne posted a 39-yard touchdown run. Cedar Bluff led 21-0 at the end of the first quarter.

Zach Jones accounted for the Tigers’ other two scores in the second. The first was a 60-yard interception return for a touchdown and a 43-yard touchdown run. Those two scores extended Cedar Bluff’s advantage to 34-0 at halftime.

Donoho (0-10) tried to make it a game in the second half by scoring all 19 of their points, but the Tigers held on for the win.

Cedar Bluff finishes the season at 3-7.
