In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

William Sellers, age 55 of Rome, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Monica Dozier, age 35 of Rome, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of two counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana.

Samantha Ivey, age 39 of Henagar, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of non-support.

Dillion Ocain, age 33 of Leesburg, was arrested by Alabama Pardon & Parole on a charge of probation violation.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 103 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
