In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Marcus Twilley, age 52 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jason McFry, age 51 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brandon Mathews, age 43 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on four previous charges.

Alexis Dollar, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and a court order.

Lyles Little, age 26 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on a charge of SORNA violation.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 98 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
