Gadsden Police Seeking Assistance with Missing Person

Gadsden-The Gadsden Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating James Raymond Smith. Mr. Smith is an 80-year-old white male and may be living with a condition that may impair his judgment. He was last seen on October 7, 2025, at approximately 4 pm in the area of Orangeburg, South Carolina.
