In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Phillip Davis, age 38 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charge of domestic violence 3rd degree assault, domestic violence 3rd degree harassment, and interference with a domestic violence call.

Connie Davis, age 61 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 3rd degree domestic violence.

Kimberly Lillard, age 45 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 91 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
