CENTRE – The Cherokee County Lady Warriors swept an area volleyball match against Hokes Bluff on Thursday. The scores were 25-12, 25-8, 25-18.

Macy Lea collected 30 assists, four digs, three kills, and two aces. Nevaeh Gaidurgis delivered 10 kills, seven digs, two aces, two assists, and a block. Ava Haygood had 10 digs, nine kills, an ace, and a block. Ellisan Givens managed nine digs, three aces, two assists, and a kill.

Raegan Garmany earned seven kills, a dig, and a block. Jolie Alexander added six kills, two blocks, and a dig. Jesslyn Hincy had four digs. Mattie Green gained three kills, a dig, and a block. Sydni Frost finished with two assists, an ace.

The Lady Warriors host the Cherokee County on Saturday. They await the winner of the 10 a.m. match between Sand Rock and Gaylesville match at noon.
