CEDAR BLUFF – The Cedar Bluff Lady Tigers swept an area volleyball match from Gaston on Thursday. The scores were 25-14, 25-22, 25-13.

Rylie Walker delivered 14 assists, eight digs, six aces and a block. Kindal Grace came away with eight aces, seven kills, six digs. Janaya Higgins contributed three digs, two kills, two aces, a block, and an assist.

Blakelea Hall had seven digs, three kills, an assist, and an ace. Anslee Evans added two kills, an ace, a block and a dig. Vana Martin managed two digs and Mackenzie Kimmons finished with a kill.

Cedar Bluff plays in the Cherokee County Tournament on Saturday. The Lady Tigers open tournament play against Spring Garden at noon at Cherokee County High School.
