In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Terrence Jones, age 36 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of probation revocation.

Justin Godfrey, age 34 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Tracy Pena, age 31 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 92 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
