In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Benjamin Sisk, age 47 of Boaz, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Scott Wyatt, age 43 of Traphill, North Carolina, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of public intoxication and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 93 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
