Karen L. Barney, age 81 of Cedar Bluff passed away Wednesday, September 10th, 2025.
A Celebration of Life service will be held 3PM, Saturday, September 21st , at Believers Fellowship with Bro. Keith Day officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 until the hour of service at the church.
Mrs. Barney is survived by her daughter, Dawn M. Ruff; brother, Timothy Miley; grandchildren, David Cole (Cheyenne) Brannan, Jessica Hannah Ruff, Joshua Walter Ruff; special friends, Larry and Sue Baumgartener, Frank and Judy Haupricht, and Debbie and Bob Howard.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallter J. Barney; son, David Paul Barney; brother, Richard A. Miley; sisters, Geraldine Louise Miley and Sharon Eloise Miley.
Karen was born in Toledo, Ohio and the daughter of the late Harry Garnet Miley.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Judes Cancer Research.
