Gregory Higgins, age 49 of Centre, was arrested by AL Pardon & Parole on a charge of probation violation.

Sarah Kubach, age 34 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of bondsman off bond and for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Otis Wells, age 42 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of non-support.
