Cedar Bluff’s Class 2A, Region 7 football game at North Sand Mountain has been moved from Friday night to Thursday, according to a post on Cedar Bluff’s Facebook page.

The post said the reason for the change was due to a referee shortage within their association.

The two teams are currently tied atop the Region 7 standings, along with Pisgah. All are 1-0 in region play.

Cedar Bluff (2-1) is coming off a 42-20 victory over Gaston on Friday. North Sand Mountain (3-0) defeated Sand Rock 41-0.
