SAND ROCK – Sand Rock swept Class 2A, Area 13 rival Cedar Bluff on Thursday in volleyball action. The scores were 25-16, 25-22 and 25-17.

Megan Smith posted eight kills and 12 digs for the Lady Wildcats (5-4). Maddie Clanton collected 31 assists, five aces, and 17 digs. Caitlyn Lynch delivered eight kills. Macey Pruitt managed seven kills.

Paitlyn Hughes came away with 18 digs and five kills. Emma Sipsy contributed 13 digs and five kills. Molly Grace Lay finished with 17 kills and a pair of aces.

Kindal Grace led the Lady Tigers (3-5) with 10 kills, three digs, two assists, a block, and an ace. Rylie Walker added 18 assists and a kill. Blakelea Hall and Paityn Walker both collected three kills and four digs. Anslee Evans also had three kills.

Vana Martin contributed three digs and a kill. Cece Davis finished with six digs and a kill.
