In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Ricky Willyard, age 39 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on seven previous charges.

Shawn Daniels, age 40 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Bradley Sprayberry, age 55 of Rome, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on hold for another agency.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 92 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
