In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Ralph Hunter, age 65 of Centre, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on charges of possession with intent to distribute and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jason Hunter, age 43 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on charges of possession with intent to distribute and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Emmanuel Knight, age 19 of an unlisted Alabama city, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on hold for another agency.

Emily Davidson, age 23 of Cherry Log, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on a charge of driving under the influence.

Amy Webb, age 43 of Centre, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Edward Johnson, age 50 of Centre, was arrested by Centre Police Department on charges of two counts of 2nd degree stalking.

Kristi Williams, age 38 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on hold for another agency.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 100 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
