In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Sharon Leach, age 57 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on three previous charges.

Jaime Lopez, age 59 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on charges of possession with intent to distribute and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Zachery Owens, age 29 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of revoked bond.

Jydon Cameron, age 25 of Harvest, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 96 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
