In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Teddy Wills, age 71 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Eric Grant, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on charges of driving under the influence and violation of the prohibition law.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 93 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
