Harbin Clinic Patients Now Have Access to MyAtriumHealth Portal

Centralized site offers easy access, convenience


ROME, Ga., Aug. 4, 2025 –
Staying connected is an important part of patients’ health care journey. Now that Harbin Clinic and Atrium Health Floyd are one team, patients’ health information has been centralized in one place at the patient portal.

Benefits of MyAtriumHealth

With a MyAtriumHealth account, you’ll be able to manage health and wellness information for yourself and your whole family, including:

  • Messaging your provider
  • Managing your appointments
  • Getting virtual care
  • Paying your bill
  • Viewing test results
  • Virtual care and video visits
  • Notes from your doctor
  • Lab and test results
  • Renew or refill prescriptions

Help is easy to access through our MyAtriumHealth support team at 855-799-0044 or MyAtriumHealth@atriumhealth.org.Harbin Clinic patients who already have a MyAtriumHealth account because they have received care from Atrium HealthFloydwill not need to sign up again. Information from Harbin Clinic patients’ AthenaHealthpatient portalhas already been transferred into MyAtriumHealth and can be accessed by signing up for a free MyAtriumHealth account.

 

Harbin Clinic patients can use their existing sign-in credentials to access both their Atrium Health Floyd and Harbin Clinic records from the last 3 years through MyAtriumHealth. Records older than 3 years will require a medical records request.

 

It’s easy to create your MyAtriumHealth account online:

  • You can sign in from here or download the free MyAtriumHealth appin the App Store or Google Play.
  • Under “New User,” select “Sign Up Now.”
  • Answer a few questions and enter your personal information.
  • Once you sign up, your account is automatically activated.

 

Patients who schedule an appointment occurring on or after Aug. 2 at Harbin Clinic can manage their appointment right from theirMyAtriumHealth account or by calling their provider.Unless there’s a need to change the appointment, patients can show up as scheduled.
