In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Carolynn Beason, age 31 of Adairsville, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of three counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 98 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
