Mrs. Janice McKinney, age 79 of Sand Rock, passed away Thursday, July 24, 2025 at her residence.

A funeral service will be held 2:00PM Saturday, July 26, 2025 in the Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Justin Whaley and Bro. Scott Hosey officiating, burial will follow in Sand Rock Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00PM till the time of service Saturday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will include Bryce Kitchens, Chase Kitchens, Will Kitchens, Reed Kitchens, Chris King and Chris Smith. Honorary pallbearer will be Cannon Clowdis.

Ms. McKinney is survived by her daughter, Jenna King (Chris); grandchildren, Justin Whaley (Jessica), Cassidy Smith (Chris) and Kopeland King; great granddaughter, Raylee Hays; brother, Michael Reagan (Marilyn); sister, Ruth Reed (Conrad); many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

She is preceded in death by her husbands, Jimmy Cox and Bobby McKinney; daughter, Felissa Morgan; sister, Rebecca Grimes and brother-in-law, Larry Grimes.

Ms. McKinney was a native of Cherokee County and the daughter of the late Raymond and Minnie Coker Reagan. She was a member of Sand Rock Baptist Church.
