The Leesburg Police Department is investigating a shooting incident that occurred Tuesday at 5:00 a.m. on Lakefront Drive. One person was shot in the arm and treated at the Emergency Department of a nearby hospital for a non life threatening injury. The individual has now been released from the hospital.
Investigator Zach Ellison tells WEIS Radio News, this was an isolated incident and poses no danger to the public.
