In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Calvin Sims, age 54 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on hold for another agency.

James Crane, age 58 in Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 100 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
