According to reports, a single vehicle accident Saturday morning about 10:30 on County Road 275 near Little River Canyon Mouth Park, resulted in a 6 year old being fatally injured. Two other occupants of the vehicle were injured as well.
The Alabama Highway Patrol Division of ALEA is investigating along with other agencies.
The cause of the crash is not known.
Tucker’s Chapel Fire, Atrium Floyd EMS, Cherokee County Coroner’s Office and Cherokee County Rescue Squad responded.
