Danny Gurley, 43 of Leesburg, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of Driving under the influence, Unlawful possession of a Controlled Substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anthony Burt, 39 of Fort Payne, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of resisting arrest, assault 2nd degree, Public Intoxication.

Jonathan Ray, 47 of Hokes Bluff, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of 5 counts of failure to appear in Court on previous charges.

Caleb Patterson, 25 of Alexandria, Al., arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on Charges of Driving under the influence-alcohol.

Early today 79 inmates were housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
