In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Michael Justiss, age 45 of Temple, Georgia, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on hold for another agency.

Christopher Bush, age 47 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 83 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
