In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Erica Lewis, age 32 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and two counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Gregory Reed, age 51 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Destin Brock, age 34 of Rome, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of probation revocation.

Rickey Noblitt, age 60 of Boaz, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent.

David Kelton, age 47 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ryan Dickey, age 45 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of harassment.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 78 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
