In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Breanna Oglesby, age 25 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant.

Timothy Teems, age 64 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

Jon Ballew, age 65 of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ralph Wendling, age 63 of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Josie Fuller, age 29 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of probation revocation.

Brandy Clifton, age 39 of Gallant, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on previous charges of four counts of comply.

Jonathan Culver, age 42 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 3rd degree theft of property.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 78 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
