Cherokee County Arrest Files for Monday, June 16

In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Jeramie Baines, age 39 of Cedartown, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on previous charges of two counts of 2nd degree theft of property.

Tabitha King, age 42 of Cartersville, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of two counts of revoked bond and for failure to appear on previous charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana.

Jesus Aguirre, age 42 of Dawson, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of 3rd degree theft of property, driving without obtaining a drivers license, attempting to elude, and reckless driving.

Audra Croft, age 42 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and 2nd degree bail jumping.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 82 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
