Margie (Wilson) Steele Marona, age 100 of Gaylesville, passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2025.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mike Odem officiating. Burial will follow in the Randale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00PM until the time of service.
Pallbearers will include Margie’s grandsons.
She is survived by her sons; John (Patsy) Steele and Robert Steele, and daughter-in-law Patricia Steele, 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 13 great-great grandchildren.
She was born on January 8, 1925 in Summerville, GA to the late Pearl and Scott Wilson.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husbands, Ralph Steele and Charles Marona, son; R.L. Steele, and daughter-in-law Faye Steele.
The family wishes to send a special thank you to the employees of Cherokee Village Assisted Living.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Cherokee Village Assisted Living Center.
