Virginia Magaline (Lee) Agan, age 87 of Leesburg, passed away, surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, June 12, 2025.
A funeral service will be held 2 PM Saturday, June 14th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Scott Hosey officiating, burial will follow in Cherokee Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12PM until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will include Virginia’s grandchildren.
She is survived by her sons, Billy “Donnie” Hudon Agan, Jr. (Tammy), David Eugene Agan and James Dale Agan (Abbie); daughter, Jennifer Ann Mackey (Mark); brothers, James Donald Lee, Jimmy Leon Lee and Gerald Redell Lee; sisters, Glenda Mae Brown-Smith and Helen Rebecca Gowens; 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins remain.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband; Billy Hudon Agan; brothers, John William “JW” Lee, Harold Eugene Lee and Paul Herman Lee; Jr.; sister, Gladys Lavonia Lee.
Ms. Agan was born in Georgia, but has called Cherokee County home since childhood. She was the daughter of the late Paul Herman and Flora Magaline Lee and she was of the Baptist faith.
