In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Amanda Proctor, age 41 of Rome, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

Dennis Greer, age 62 of Mentone, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana.

Juston Bright, age 89 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 1st degree theft of property.

Dalton Rollins, age 23 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on charges of discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling and seven counts of discharging a firearm into an unoccupied dwelling.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 83 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
