In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Bobby Farmer, age 33 of Rome, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a grand jury indictment of sexual abuse of a child of less than 12 years old and two grand jury indictments of 1st degree sodomy.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 83 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
