Official opening and ribbon cutting ceremonies were held at The Tributaries at Trotter’s Landing at the intersection of county roads 131 and 595 Wednesday morning at 11.
The development consists of 11 homes total. These homes will have different floor plans for different family needs.
Builder and Developer, Mike Lee, tells WEIS Radio, these homes will provide comfortable living with very little maintenance and easy living. This development will bring great weekend homes providing lake access with boat ramp and piers. There is a pavilion near the lake on a common lot.
